Well, the new web site is complete, and now we’re looking for some feedback!
It’s probably pretty obvious that I’m a big fan of WordPress blogs. WordPress was used to design this site, and I even have my English III students using WordPress this year. WordPress makes it pretty darn easy to get a nice-looking web site off the ground (with the help of Bluehost, mind you (hint, hint) if you click on my link and sign up, I get a little cash as part of their affiliate program). Anyway, I’m really happy with the design of our new site, and I hope that it becomes a great discussion area, now that Sarah is on board as a blogger!
If you’re not familiar with RSS feeds, make sure to click on Entries (RSS) to “subscribe” to the blog. Basically, this feature creates a bookmark in your browser that allows you to quickly see when our blog has been updated with new posts or comments. Very cool stuff.
