Hola! It’s been a long time since I last posted. Kind of like it’s been a long time since we’ve been to work! Yep, we had 3 snow days last week. It was a great break(and well needed), don’t get me wrong, but I’m ready to go back to work.
We saw an interesting movie on Friday afternoon, The Number 23, with Jim Carrey. It was not scary, but it was very dark. It took an interesting twist - not one I was expecting. I will say that Carrey has done an excellent job switching from comedian to being more serious.
Wedding news: Basketball announcing and volleyball coaching are over, so the planning that had taken a back seat has returned to the front seat. My sis is going to be coming home this weekend from FL, and she’s going to help me and my mom with the flower decisions.
We got the results of our big “premarital test” today. You can all breathe a sigh of relief - we’re compatible! They did give all of the couples there a “When to call off your wedding” handout, but don’t worry - that won’t be us! I have really enjoyed the classes - very informative and they make me think about some of the possible “challenges” that can arise in marriage. The classes have also reinforced our perceptions of our strengths and weaknesses as a couple and as individuals.
