As I type this, Sarah is busy waving a remote control at the TV, throwing a “virtual” bowling ball. Needless to say, she looks pretty darn goofy. But who cares? She’s playing our brand-new Nintendo Wii!
We stumbled onto this lone Wii at the Alpine Best Buy on Saturday. It has been nothing short of addicting. While Microsoft and Sony have been concerned with one-upping each other with graphics, Nintendo has taken the ingenious approach of actually trying to do something a little more interactive with gameplay. I think they’ve got a hit. Heck, when your fiancée is the one pining for the next time she can play video games, you KNOW Nintendo did something right!
