It would seem like I should have written a lot sooner, seeing as we’ve had 13 snow days this year - and there’s still more winter left. However, I spent most of those 13 days sleeping in and watching bad daytime television. I’m paying for it now as I have to actually get up between 5:30 and 6:00 and be teaching by 7:30 AM. It’s been a rough week of mornings for me. Here’s an update on what’s been going on this winter:
My sister is getting married in July! Wedding fever is still around! It will be very exciting and wonderful. I am having fun planning her bachelorette party! Hee hee!
I can’t even begin to tell you how many of my girl friends are pregnant! It is so exciting! I have a cousin, two college friends, two high school friends, and two Cedar Springs area friends who are all expecting this spring and summer! Good news abounds!
We did buy a lawn mower a few weeks ago - I’ll let Rob do more bragging about that one. But, it is a good looking tractor! Nothing beats that John Deere green!
In travel news, we’re making preparations to spend our spring break in Florida! The more we look at the snow - ALL that snow - the more anxious we are to head south. It’ll be a fun trip! In other travel news, I’m heading to Mexico in June with a group of my students.
